Playoff Game #2 Info
Hello Frisco Band Family,
Congrats to the Frisco Raccoon football team, and their big win over Sulphur Springs to advance to the second round of the playoffs! Our next game will Friday, November 23rd, 7:30 pm at The Star (Please be sure to read attendance expectation below).
The Band’s schedule will be:
5:30 pm: Report to Band Hall wearing badger shorts, blue band shirt, gray uniform socks; Also bring black uniform gloves, full water jug, and marching instrument! *Please arrive having eaten a good dinner- NO BAND MEAL SERVED FOR THIS GAME
6:00 pm: Uniform inspection
6:15 pm: Load and depart for The Star
7:30 pm: Kickoff!
10:30 pm: Estimated return to FHS
Volunteer Support: We will need chaperone support for the Band! Please click here.
Attendance Expectation: Obviously, with the game taking place during a Holiday break, some of our students will not be able to attend. As a vital component to the spirit of our campus community, the Band must do all it can to show up and be supportive. Therefore, we need all students who are in town on Friday to be at the game.
For those families who will be out of town with pre-existing travel plans, we need a PARENT to send an email confirmation to simond@friscoisd.org in order for the student’s absence to be excused. The email deadline is Monday, November 19th, as we need time to plan accordingly- thank you!
