This Week's Schedule, Potluck-Meeting-Preview Tomorrow Night!

Hello Frisco Band Family,

We hope everyone has had a restful weekend! Please click here for a reminder of the next couple days’ schedule.

• We are looking forward to getting started with the wind students on their all-region music today at masterclasses! (see attached schedule)

• A reminder that students should bring their assigned potluck items with them to school today; they may place them on the tables in the front of the band hall (any homemade hot or cold items may be brought in tomorrow night at 6:45, directly to the cafeteria).

• Following the potluck dinner tomorrow, we will have our next parent meeting, featuring our Orlando Trip packet and information- you won’t want to miss it!

• We will also be covering a few minutes’ worth of important Band Booster Association business- you may click here to review the current bylaws and here to review the current standing rules, which will be voted upon at the meeting.

• The rehearsal schedule for the reminder of the week: Wednesday OFF, Thursday 4:45-6:45 pm after school, Friday 6:30 – 8:00 am before school.

Finally, a BIG THANK YOU to all families who have generated their emails for the Snap-Raise March-a-thon fundraiser! As of this morning we have already raised $7,545 towards our goal of at least $20,000 (the system automatically sets the initial goal at $10,000, but we’d like to DOUBLE that!). Students can still enter additional emails to their platform, if they have not quite gotten to 20 addresses!
