Band Fest - Saturday, May 19

2012 BAND FEST at FHS Band Hall -- 3:00 - 8:00 PM
Band Fest is a required event for all students who will be a FHS band student for 2012-13 school year. This includes incoming Freshmen.
The event will include the following activities:
· Introduction and first Rehearsal of our 2012 Marching Band Show "Starry Night";
· Introduction to the 2012 March-a-thon fundraising event;
· Details and student activity choices for the 2013 Band Trip to South Padre Island;
· FHS Uniform measurements for new and returning students;
· Introduction of the 2012 FHS Drum Majors;
· Introduction to Marching Band, show drill and visuals, schedule, camp, and contests.
We will enjoy dinner together and other fun activities and games. Please bring $5 for your dinner.
The following spirit items will be available to purchase/order:

- Order Form for Personalized Yard Signs and Window Decals
- Order Form for FHS Band Camp T-shirt (new item)
- Order Form for Embroidered FHS Band Attire
Band Boosters will be there to answer your questions, in the cafe, at the beginning and end of Band Fest.
Spirit Nights

Thank you for participating in our spirit night at Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza in April. You helped us raise $90 for our band program.
On Friday, May 11, the FHS Cluster Jazz Bands (Pioneer, Hunt and FHS) will be performing at Mattito's Tex Mex. Please join us and enjoy an evening of jazz along with some great tex mex!
